Julie Sherman

Coordinates events and activities, runs meetings, answers emails, liaises with the department and with other student organizations. Acts as a representative for the student chapter (towards the department, ASUU or others). Gets involved with other events as needed/wanted.

Samantha Linn

Helps the president run meetings, helps with event chair to coordinate events/tablings, liaises with the department and others. Works with treasurer on budget projects. Coordinates mentorship program.

Katie Lynch

Manages all things related to money. This includes tracking spending for various events and programming, overseeing fundraising efforts (currently t-shirt and mug sales), and applying to ASUU for supplemental funds. We do not receive funds for activities other than the speaker series, so the last two items are particularly important.

Kaitlin O'Dell

Compiles the monthly newsletters to share information about our events and other opportunities, both on campus and in the entire mathematical community. Assists with planning and running events as needed. Keeps the website updated and posts events on CampusConnect.

Matthew Bertucci

Organizes and coordinates outreach activities for K-12 students. This includes: Finding volunteers for workshop leader and TAs, organizing a meeting before the workshop to go over the planned activity, helping workshop leader with ideas if needed, finding outreach opportunities that align with the objectives of our chapter.

Montana Ferita and Delaney Mosier

Brainstorms and asks for ideas for types of events; communicates co-hosting opportunities with SIAM and USAC; organizes and/or seek helpers to organize the logistics for events including: monthly socials, professor panel for graduate students, life as a grad student panel for undergraduate students, panel on applying to grad school for undergraduates.

Keshav Patel and Tory Richardson

Organizes and coordinates the AWM speaker series and AWM-RTG speaker series. This includes: Meeting with RTG faculty members to discuss potential speakers, contact and invite a mathematician from another university, making travel arrangements, hosting or finding a host for the speaker, advertising, collecting feedback.

Sandra Rodriguez and Trung Chau

Organizes and coordinates the AWM BRIDGES Conference. This includes: Meeting with RTG faculty members to discuss potential speakers, contact and invite mathematicians from another universities, making travel arrangements, creating conference schedule, advertising, and collecting feedback.

Alice Parker

Organizes and coordinates activites to encourange undergraduate involvement and serve as a voice for the undergraduate community.

Alicia Lamarche and Emelie Arvidsson

Organizes and coordinates activites to encourange post-doc involvement and serve as a voice for the post-doc community.

Priyam Patel
